The project is designed to eventually integrate all of the DML projects from every country in Europe. Hopefully this will then encourage additional countries to participate in the creation of a global digital mathematical library. It will also be committed to persuading European publishers to cooperate with the library, contributing their content for long-term archiving eventually via open access.
